2 Jan 2018. AHTCS Nepalgunj team has recently solved a case of Thelaziasis (worm in the eye) in Bardiya. Mr. Phaju Seikh’s horse working in MRJ Brick Kiln Bardiya, was having problem in its eye from some time. AHTCS staffs immediately took action and were successful in taking the worm out of the horse’s eye. Dr. Lekhnath Adhikari, visiting vet and also a former AHTCS staff carried out the surgery and AHTCS technicians Purna Bahadur Chaudhary, Mangal Bahadur Tharu and Lal Bahadur Chaudhary assisted him. The horse has now recovered and doing well.
