Addendum No. 1 for Invitation for Sealed Quotation

Animal Health Training and Consultancy Service (AHTCS) makes following addendum over the Sealed Quotation (Contract Identification No.: AHTCS/BC/ARC/01/2079/80) invitation made on 2079/09/29:

1. The Total Bid price is 28,92,033.90 (In words: Twenty-Eight Lakhs Ninety-Two Thousand and Thirty-Three Rupees and Ninety Paisa Only) including 13% VAT & PS.
2. Address for submitting the Hard-copy Sealed Quotation is:

3. Bidder must submit a written declaration stating that the Bidder is not ineligible to participate in the bid; has no conflict of interest in the bid procurement proceedings and has not been punished for the profession or business-related offence.
4. Bid shall be valid for Ninety (90) Days.
5. Bid shall be opened in presence of Bidders representative who choose to attend on January 29, 2023 (Magh 15, 2079) at 11:00 am at the office of Animal Health Training and Consultancy Service (AHTCS), Pokhara -10, Ramghat, S­­ugam Marg, House No. 17. Phone No.: 061-576455, 061-535807
6. Documents to be included in the Sealed Quotation:

• Cover Letter
• Bank Voucher of Bidding Document Fee (NRs. 1500, non-refundable)
• Bank Voucher of Bid Security Amount (NRs. 3,00,000.00)
• Signed BOQ
• Self-Declaration Letter
• Firm/Company Registration Certificate with renewal
• PAN/VAT Registration Certificate
• Business Registration Certificate with renewal
• Tax Clearance Certificate for F/Y 2078/079

7. Animal Health Training and Consultancy Service (AHTCS) reserves sole right to fully or partially accept or reject the Sealed Quotations submitted by the Bidders.
